What are the different options and fees related to shipping within the UAE?
"Marina Home orders are delivered between 9am and 6am from Saturday to Thursday. Since every order is unique in its contents, size, weight and destination, shipping costs may vary from one order to the other. While standard delivery is available for most destinations within the UAE."

We request you to bear in mind that the shipping times stated here should be used as a guide only and come into effect from the time of dispatch. While we constantly strive to minimize delays, Marina Home cannot be held responsible for delays caused during cross emirates restrictions & regulations, customs clearance or due to failed payment approval.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please call us at +971.800.4360 or send an email to customerservice@marinahomeinteriors.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has been dispatch, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order within the UAE. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes
How can I track my order?
Marina Home will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to schedule your delivery and track your order. You may also track your order by logging into your account and view your order history under the 'my orders' tab.
